Description

SUMA GRILL is a heavy-duty cleaner for removal of heavy carbonaceous and baked-on deposits from equipment like ovens, grills, fryers, hot-plates, etc.

Specification

  • Appearance; Brown to dark brown, clear liquid
  • pH (1% solution)O12.5 – 13.5
  • Specific Gravity @ 25 C 1.05 – 1.15

Direction of Use

  • OVENS / GRILLS : Use neat. Spray on to surface or equipment (preferably up to 60 C). Leave for 10 – 30 minutes depending upon the soiling. Remove loose deposits with scourer or brush. Wipe clean with a wet cloth.
  • FRYER CLEANING : Drain oil and close drain valve. Fill with water to almost oil-fill level. Add 100 ml. of SUMA GRILL for every liter of oil capacity (10% v/v). Turn on fryer and bring to controlled boil for 20 minutes. After cleaning and draining, scrub the remaining residue from side walls and heating elements with a scourer or brush. Rinse twice with clean, hot water and dry thoroughly. Not Recommended for teflon coated surface.

Safe handling & Storage information

  • SUMA GRILL is highly alkaline. Use with care. Protective clothing / gloves should be worn to avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. In case of skin contact, wash
    immediately with plenty of water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
  • Do not use on aluminium or teflon surfaces or painted surfaces. Do not use on surfaces above 80°C.Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
