Divo AI should be added to the pre-final rinse water using a pH controlled automatic dosing system. Sufficient levels should be used to maintain the pH at 7 ñ 8. Divo AI should be injected directly into the filter box (preferred) of the pre-final rinse section or to the suction side of the re-circulating pump. Acid stable materials must be used near the injection point. Concentrated product should not come into contact with the wall of the bottlewasher. The pH control system should be periodically calibrated and the warm rinse water regularly checked to ensure it is within the specified range. Divo AI containing solutions should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all food and beverage contact surfaces. Please refer also to specific Divo AI application guide lines.
