Dicolube SU 846 is a soap free, disinfectant conveyor lubricant, which can be diluted with water of any hardness without causing precipitation problems.
Its disinfectant properties prevent the formation of slimes under the conveyors. This leads to an improved general hygiene level in the bottling hall and improves worker safety since the floors under the conveyors are less slippery. The product exhibits excellent detergency, which will greatly reduce the time needed to clean the conveyors after production; thus saving labour time. Dicolube SU 846 can be used for glass, PET and cans. It has been approved by Coca Cola for use on returnable PET bottles. The low level of COD and nitrogen in this product reduce effluent charges compared to soap based lubricants
Wear gloves, apron and goggles or face shield. Severe eye irritant. When eye contact occurs, flush immediately and thoroughly with water and continue for at least 15 minutes. Obtain medical attention urgently.
